The Quarters
The Guest House has a comfortable, lodge-like feel. Originally, it was a 2000 sq ft orchid greenhouse, it was converted into a home. It has concrete floors, metal ceilings, and walls made of pallet material. The furnishings are a mix of antiques and cozy sofas and chairs. The bedrooms have high-end linens and sitting/reading areas in each. There is a kitchen that seats 8 persons and a laundry room off the main bathroom.
Rates: Starting from $350/night plus a 6% city lodging tax.

The Guest House
The Guest House is a large and comfortable lodge-like cabin, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a full kitchen. It has numerous gardens and outdoor areas to sit, read, play, and visit. Originally, The Guest House was a 2000 sq ft orchid greenhouse. It was converted into a home that has concrete floors, and metal ceilings. The furnishings are a mix of antiques and cozy sofas and chairs. The bedrooms have high-end linens and sitting/reading areas in each. There is also a kitchen, several eating areas, and a large family room. This house has a laundry room off the main bathroom.
This accommodation sleeps up to six.
Rates: Starting from $350/night plus 12% city/state taxes
The Cottage
The Cottage, sometimes called the honeymoon suite, is a romantic and private One bedroom, One Bath house that has a large Jacuzzi tub. The Cottage includes a sitting and dining area with a small kitchenette. Most of the furnishings are antiques and the Queen-size bed has high-end linens. This little house is surrounded by lush gardens.
The Cottage, originally constructed as a one room building in the mid 1850's, was once the old slave quarters. The most recent renovation was completed in 2006.
